Affiliate Disclosure

Tokyo Bike Tours earns commissions when a booking follows a click from this site. Here is exactly how that works, who pays it and why it does not change which tours you see.

What An Affiliate Link Is

An affiliate link is an ordinary link with a tracking tag. When you click one, the platform you land on knows you arrived from this site. If you then book a tour, that platform pays this site a commission. The price you pay is the same as if you had found the listing yourself: the commission comes out of the platform's side, not yours.

Who The Partners Are

Tokyo Bike Tours is an independent comparison site for guided bike and e-bike tours. It holds affiliate relationships with GetYourGuide and Viator, the third-party platforms that sell the bike tours compared here, with GuruWalk for the free walking tours mentioned in passing, and with Expedia through Travelpayouts for the hotel suggestions. The tours themselves are run by independent operators such as Japan Wonder Travel, TRB BIKE TOUR and Tokyo Backstreets Bike Tour, not by this site or its partners.

No Extra Cost To You

Commission never adds a cent to what you pay. A from-price shown here, such as $32.39 for the cheapest tour in the roster, is the same from-price shown on the operator's listing. If you book, the platform takes the payment and pays the commission to this site afterwards.

How This Does And Does Not Affect What You See

Rankings, shortlists and category pages use rating, review count and your own answers to the picker, not commission. A 5.0-rated ride with 1,308 reviews appears because of its reviews, not because it pays more. A new listing with no reviews yet, such as Olympic Sites Bay Ride, is shown on the same terms as any other tour. The roster covers all 38 tours in 5 categories, and no operator can pay for placement or a better position.

Where Booking And Payment Happen

Every Check availability button opens the operator's own listing on the platform where the booking is made and paid. This site does not run tours, does not take payment, does not process bookings and holds no customer accounts. The platform's terms, cancellation rules and refund process apply there. Data such as prices, ratings and durations is copied from the listings at the time of the last data pull in November 2026 and can change; the live listing is the source of truth.

The Plain Statement

This site earns a commission from booking platforms if you book a tour after clicking a link from this site, at no extra cost to you. That is the whole commercial model. If you prefer, search for any tour name directly and book without the link; the tour will cost the same and you will lose nothing.
