Contact Us
The only way to reach Tokyo Bike Tours is by email. There is no phone line, no live chat and no office to visit, and the site cannot make or change bookings for you.
What To Write About
Use the contact address for questions about the site itself: a price or duration that looks wrong, a broken link, a tour that has closed, a fact on the FAQ page that needs correcting, or a question about how the comparison works. Operators and listing owners are also welcome to write about their listing data or to ask for a correction.
What To Include
- The page or tour in question. The exact tour name as shown on the site, such as 3-Hour Highlights, Bike or E-Bike or Night Ride With Ramen, plus the category page you found it on.
- What you expected and what you saw. For example, a from-price, a group size or a start point that does not match the operator's own listing.
- Your return address. Mail is used only to reply to you.
What The Site Cannot Do
Tokyo Bike Tours is an authorless comparison site. It does not run tours, does not take payment, does not process bookings and holds no customer accounts. Every Check availability button opens the operator's own listing on the platform where the booking is made and paid. That means the site cannot:
- Change, cancel or move a booking.
- Issue refunds or check a payment.
- Confirm a start time, a meeting point or a group size.
- Pass a message to a guide or an operator on your behalf.
Where To Take Booking Problems
For anything about a booking, go back to the listing where you booked. The platform's terms, cancellation rules and refund process apply there. If a tour in the roster states free cancellation, that promise lives on the listing, not here. All 38 tours compared state free cancellation, but only the live booking page can act on it.
The Address
Write to info@tokyobiketours.org. Please do not send payment details, ID copies or booking confirmations: the site has no booking system to attach them to. Keep it to the page, the problem and a return address.
